Pulau Aur / Dayang

The state of Johor is the located in the southernmost region of Malaysia. Famous to Johor is the Johor Marine Park. Pulau Dayang is one of the outermost islands of the marine park located swimming distance from the big island of Pulau Aur. Pulau Dayang is the perfect place to discover the joys of the sun, the sand and the sea, amidst the ruggedness. The thriving dive community is apparent. The island hosts good dive services, no-frills accommodation and delicious beach-BBQ dinners. Divers can also enjoy the breath-taking boulders of Rayner’s Rock; Pulau Pinang’s soft and hard coral gardens; and the Pinnacles’ submerged reef. Whale sharks and manta rays are frequently encountered at these sites. Non-divers can find just as many sites to snorkel or to fish. There’s plenty to trek in the hills as well to get a bird’s eye view of the surrounding islands.
